Ingredients
- 4 Lbs/2 Kilo Short Ribs beef
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 4 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Brown Sugar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in an oven friendly pot.
- Put the short ribs in and let them brown well on both sides.
- Add all the above ingredients and let it simmer.
- Add 4 cups boiling water and mix well.
- Put the pot in the oven @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Take it out, stir well and put back in for another 40 minutes.
Tips
If you want more tender, you can leave it in for a bit more.
